About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Labourer to join our team at The Brush Bar Painting Ltd. as a key member of our construction and maintenance team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, Unload and Transport Materials

Assist in the loading, unloading, and transportation of construction materials to and from job sites.

Erect and Dismantle Construction Equipment

Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades as required.

Mix and Apply Materials

Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt as directed by supervisors.

Assist in Construction Tasks

Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs as part of a construction team.

Clean and Organize Work Sites

Clean and pile salvaged materials, and remove rubble and other debris at construction sites.

Requirements
  • Physical Demands

The role requires a high level of physical fitness and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Work Conditions

Work in a variety of settings, including residential and commercial construction sites.

Weight Handling

Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 23 kg (50 lbs).

Personal Qualities

Reliability, teamwork, and strong communication skills are essential for success in this role.
