Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator to oversee the daily operations of our trucking division at Eleve Freightways Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage the transportation of goods and materials across various locations.
  • Oversee the loading and unloading of cargo, ensuring timely delivery and minimal delays.
  • Conduct regular inspections of vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition.
  • Maintain accurate records of cargo information, hours of service, distance traveled, and fuel consumption.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in logistics or a related field.
  • Valid Class 1 Driver's License (A).
  • Air Brakes Endorsement.
  • Criminal record check, driver's validity license check, driving record check (abstract), and drug test.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with frequent travel required. They must be able to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and work in varying weather conditions.

Compensation

Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
