Job Title: Roofer Helper

Preet Roofing Ltd. is seeking a reliable and physically fit individual to join our team as a Roofer Helper. In this role, you will assist our experienced roofers in various aspects of construction, including loading and transporting materials, mixing and applying concrete and asphalt, and assisting with framing and roofing tasks.

Responsibilities:
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt as required.
  • Assist experienced roofers in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs.
  • Pave and rake asphalt as needed.
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials.
  • Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants at construction sites.
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites.
  • Direct traffic at or near construction sites as necessary.
Requirements:
  • Physically demanding work environment.
  • Ability to handle heavy loads (up to 45 kg or 100 lbs).
  • Experience an asset, but not required.
  • Permanent employment opportunity.
  • English language proficiency.
  • 35-40 hours of work per week.
