Job Overview

The Concessions Supervisor plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our food service facilities. This position requires a strong leader who can oversee daily tasks, train staff, and maintain high standards of customer service and food safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement daily work schedules and assignments for food service teams
  • Train and guide staff on job duties, food safety procedures, and customer service expectations
  • Prepare and build food items according to standardized recipes and directions
  • Ensure proper food storage and handling practices
  • Set up and maintain workstations, including prep tables, service counters, and hot wells
  • Break down and sanitize workstations after each use
  • Provide exceptional customer service, anticipating and meeting the needs of our guests
  • Replenish food items and maintain adequate inventory levels
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all interactions with guests, staff, and clients
Requirements
  • Previous supervisory experience in a related role is preferred
  • Previous food service experience is required
  • Ability to acquire food safety certification
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent customer service skills
