Annual Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Operations Coordinator to support our engineering team in the development of new motorcycles, Spyders, and Rykers. In this role, you will play a critical part in organizing events, meetings, and agendas for our Can-Am On Road engineering team, project managers, and director.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Offering administrative support to organize and document events, meetings, and agendas
  • Coodinating business travel and completing expense accounts
  • Organizing events per year for the team
  • Preparing arrival of new employees (access requests, requests for computer equipment, transmitting company culture)
  • Participating in meetings with other administrative assistants to share work methods
  • SUPPORTING THE MANAGEMENT OF SOME FINANCIAL REPORTING
  • Preparing and processing various requests (orders, IT, and others)

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Training in administration, secretarial or related field, and a minimum of 2 years of experience
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and Google suite
  • Very good knowledge of French, both oral and written
  • Able to speak and write English with various employees from outside Québec and few monolingual English speaking team members on a daily basis
  • Good decision-making and prioritization skills
  • Essential organizational and autonomous qualities
  • Good team spirit, resourcefulness, and ability to work under pressure
  • Discretion and professionalism
