As a Mobile Service Technician with Home Depot, you will play a critical role in ensuring the rental readiness of large equipment and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical repair, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities and Expectations
  • Preventative Maintenance and Repairs:
  • - Conduct thorough inspections of equipment to ensure rental readiness and safe operation.
  • - Perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs according to OEM specifications.
  • - Order parts and complete repairs as needed to minimize downtime.
  • Customer Service and Support:
  • - Provide expert technical guidance to customers and store associates.
  • - Collaborate with the parts department to ensure timely delivery of replacement parts.
  • - Communicate clearly and effectively with customers and colleagues to resolve issues promptly.

This is a dynamic role that requires a high level of physical fitness and the ability to work in a variety of environments. The successful candidate must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, bend, kneel, and climb regularly.
