Job Title: Grill Cook

We are seeking a skilled Grill Cook to join our team at Edo Japan. As a Grill Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
  • Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
  • Order supplies and equipment
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
  • Clean kitchen and work areas
  • Recruit and hire staff
  • Manage kitchen operations
Requirements:
  • Cook (general)

Work Environment:

Our restaurant is located in an urban area and is a fast-paced environment. As a Grill Cook, you will be required to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.

Experience:

We are looking for a candidate with 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
