At Paradigm Consulting Group, we have exciting opportunities for Senior Healthcare Business Analysts to leverage their expertise in delivering and implementing significant initiatives that drive business value and improve patient care. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of healthcare business processes and be able to provide expert analysis, guidance, and oversight to ensure successful project outcomes. With a minimum of 4+ years of experience in implementing change in a healthcare setting, you will be responsible for participating in the transformation of the provincial healthcare system to improve patient care and support strategic healthcare system alignment.

We are looking for individuals who can demonstrate exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills, with a proven track record of providing training to clinical resources to support changes to business processes and new information systems. As a Senior Healthcare Business Analyst, you will be expected to develop and deliver high-quality analysis artifacts, contribute to overall organizational redesign planning, and lead large-scale business transformations.

What You Will Do:

  • Participate in the transformation of the provincial healthcare system to improve patient care and support strategic healthcare system alignment
  • Provide expert analysis, guidance, and oversight to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Develop and deliver high-quality analysis artifacts, contributing to overall organizational redesign planning
  • Lead large-scale business transformations, utilizing Prosci methodology and change management activities

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 4+ years of experience in implementing change in a healthcare setting, such as a hospital in an acute care, primary care, or long-term care environment
  • 8+ years of experience performing analysis on current state and future state business processes, identifying gaps, and making gap recommendations to stakeholders
  • 4+ years of experience in change management activities, utilizing Prosci methodology
  • 4+ years of experience developing and delivering training to clinical resources to support changes to business processes and new information systems
  • Valuable clinical applications experience, including Allscripts, Centricity, Pharmacy, ADT, CPOE, RIS, PACS, EMR
  • Certificate, Diploma, or Degree from an educational facility with a major in Business or Systems Analysis is a strong asset
  • Other relevant certifications, such as CBAP, Prosci, PRINCE2, and ITIL, would be an asset

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience and location. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
