About the RoleWe are seeking a qualified and experienced Daycare Teacher to join our team at Centre de la Petite Enfance Mamik. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for young children to grow and develop.
Key Responsibilities- Program Planning and Implementation
- Develop and implement engaging and educational programs that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development in children.
- Plan and prepare activities, lessons, and materials that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
- Child Care and Supervision
- Provide high-quality care and supervision to children, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being at all times.
- Establish and maintain a safe and healthy environment, adhering to all relevant regulations and standards.
- Communication and Teamwork
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to ensure a smooth and collaborative working environment.
- Work collaboratively with other staff members to achieve common goals and objectives.
- Record Keeping and Reporting
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of children's progress, including observations, assessments, and reports.
- Prepare and submit reports to parents and management as required.
- Education and Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Experience and Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a daycare or early childhood education setting.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
