**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security and Facilities Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the physical security, security management, information security, cybersecurity, and network security of our venue.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee the maintenance program on site to ensure a safe and secure environment for guests and staff.
- Develop and implement security protocols to prevent and respond to security incidents.
- Collaborate with the management team to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Manage and maintain security systems, including access control, CCTV, and alarm systems.
- Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement training programs for security personnel to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Work closely with the facilities team to ensure the venue is maintained in a safe and secure condition.
**Requirements**
- Physical Security and Security Management skills.
- Experience in Information Security and Cybersecurity.
- Knowledge of Network Security.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CompTIA Security+.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
