About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Licensed Psychologist to join our virtual team in British Columbia. As a key member of our mental health programs, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and contribute to the development of innovative mental health services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments with adults to inform treatment planning and provide evidence-based interventions.
  • Develop and implement mental health programs tailored to the unique needs of various client groups, including veterans and individuals with workplace health concerns.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, client-centered care and contribute to program outcome evaluations at the provincial and national level.
  • Consult with mental health service team members and clinical interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and delivery.
  • Contribute to in-house training sessions and interdisciplinary case discussions to enhance team knowledge and skills.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree or Ph.D. in Psychology from an accredited university.
  • Current registration in good standing with the College of Psychologists of British Columbia.
  • Individual professional liability insurance required at time of employment.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with ability to work autonomously and as part of interdisciplinary teams.
  • Able to manage a diverse caseload within a dynamic work setting and demonstrate work ethics, integrity, reliability, maturity, and flexibility.
