About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Physiotherapy Assistant to join our team at Refresh Laser Spa Inc. as a Rehabilitation Specialist. In this role, you will work closely with our physiotherapists and occupational therapists to provide exceptional patient care and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Treatment Programs: Assist in the development and implementation of treatment programs for patients with various injuries or disabilities, under the direction of our physiotherapists and/or occupational therapists.
  • Equipment and Supplies: Prepare and maintain equipment and supplies to ensure a safe and efficient treatment environment.
  • Clinical and Progress Reports: Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical and progress reports to track patient rehabilitation progress.
  • Patient Documentation: Document patient rehabilitation progress and maintain accurate records.
  • Scheduling and Confirmations: Schedule and confirm appointments with patients to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Work Setting: Private practice.
  • Area of Specialization: Physiotherapy.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
