Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Reports to: Operations Manager

Department: Operations

Location: Aurora, Ontario

Job Summary:

The Warehouse Associate plays a vital role in our Operations team, ensuring that products are shipped promptly to customers across Canada. This position requires a strong focus on learning and adapting to our processes and systems, as well as collaborating with other team members to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Operations Manager to ensure efficient warehouse operations
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our shipping systems, including Canpar, Purolator, and UPS
  • Work collaboratively with the team to address issues and opportunities, and provide solutions to improve processes
  • Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel to manage data and reports
  • Stay organized and manage time and priorities effectively to meet deadlines
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure seamless operations

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years of work experience in related roles and industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Familiarity with JDE is an asset
  • Ability to work well under pressure and lift 60lbs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good with math and numbers
