Job Title: Early Childhood Educator

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Bhakta Prahlad Montessori School. As an Early Childhood Educator, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and engaging environment for our young students.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and implementing educational programs for children aged 0-6 years. This will include assessing children's development, preparing learning plans, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and effective educational experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess children's development and create individualized learning plans
  • Plan and implement educational programs that promote physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development
  • Assist in maintaining accurate records and reports
  • Prepare snacks and arrange rooms for lunch and rest periods
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with colleagues and community service providers
  • Plan and organize activities for school-age children before and after regular school hours
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of other Early Childhood Educators and assistants
Requirements:
  • Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate
  • First Aid Certificate
  • CPR Certificate
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
