Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at LIDS. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, generating sales, and maintaining a professional appearance consistent with our company's dress code policy.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and making recommendations to drive sales.
- Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively promoting products and services to customers.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including proper merchandising, signage, and store cleanliness.
- Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management to ensure accurate product counts and efficient stockroom operations.
- Support and adhere to all LIDS Retail policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate verbally in a clear and professional manner.
- Ability to read and operate a computer.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and climb a ladder.
- Standing required for up to 100% of the time.
