Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Director to lead our US Technology Regulatory team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing regulatory projects and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead projects from initiation to post-implementation review, ensuring successful delivery and strategic alignment.
  • Develop and implement change management initiatives to drive transformational change within the organization.
  • Foster a Center of Excellence for US Regulatory PMO, aligning with Enterprise Standards in a dynamic environment.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the business, including product, technology, marketing, and operations.
Requirements:
  • Undergraduate degree in Business or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in Project Management, with 7+ years in regulatory projects.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with proven ability to communicate at Senior Management/Executive levels.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, and Macros.
  • 5+ years of People leadership experience.
