Shift Team Lead

We are seeking a skilled Shift Team Lead to join our team at Domino\u2019s Pizza. As a Shift Team Lead, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
Key Responsibilities- Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure efficient food preparation and service.
- Supervise and train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Prepare and submit reports to management.
- Ensure a fast-paced and physically demanding work environment is maintained.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a fast-paced food service environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and provide leadership and guidance to staff.
