We are seeking a highly skilled Head Chef to join our team at Ontario Inc. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing kitchen operations, supervising staff, and maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:- Chef Management: Manage kitchen staff, plan menus, and ensure efficient use of resources.
- Culinary Operations: Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to meet high culinary standards.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment inventory.
- Hiring and Training: Recruit and train new staff members to maintain a skilled and motivated team.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A college certificate or diploma in culinary arts or related field.
- At least 7 months of experience as a chef or in a similar role.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
