Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to attract students from diverse backgrounds.
- Collaborate with community leaders, educational experts, and counselors to establish and maintain relationships.
- Provide guidance to foreign students on immigration rules, entrance requirements, and employment opportunities.
- Assess patterns and statistics on recruitment to develop methods and enhance results.
- Utilize data to inform decision-making and drive recruitment strategies.
- A minimum of one to three years of experience in sales, admissions, or recruitment, preferably in an educational setting.
- Experience in developing marketing collateral, running social media campaigns, or implementing communication plans.
- Experience hiring people from diverse backgrounds or working in a role that focuses on boosting diversity in educational settings.
- A bachelor's degree or diploma in a relevant field such as Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration.
- Internships or work experience in recruitment, higher education, or similar areas can be an asset.
- Interpreting and using data for decision-making.
- Utilizing office software and recruitment tools.

Day shift
