Owen Sound, Canada Skyline Group of Companies Full time

We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Community Leader to join our team at Skyline Group of Companies. This is a full-time opportunity located in Owen Sound, ON.

Duties:

  • Advertise and show units to prospective tenants.
  • Close deals and track rental calls, emails, and walk-ins.
  • Respond to tenant concerns and complaints within 24 hours.
  • Answer rental inquiries.
  • Generate and deliver notices to tenants.
  • Assist with credit references and rent collection.
  • Process application forms and email documents to Head Office.
  • Complete necessary paperwork and move-in/move-out inspections.
  • Review rent roll and receivables, and communicate discrepancies.
  • Organize expense receipts, quotes, and purchase orders.
  • Maintain resident information in files and software.

Qualifications:

  • Effective problem-solving and administrative skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and remain detail-oriented.
  • Good judgment and innovation.
  • Ability to work independently and with a team.
  • PC skills and previous sales experience are assets.

Education & Experience:

  • High School Diploma or 5 years of work-related experience.
  • Previous experience renting apartments and assisting tenants is required.
  • Experience in sales or a related field is an asset.
