Position Overview

The Retail Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily functions of the store, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers while managing staff effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Assign tasks to sales personnel and ensure optimal performance.
  • Recruitment and Training: Hire new employees and facilitate their training to maintain high service standards.
  • Scheduling: Create and manage work schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
  • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and any supply chain challenges that may arise.
  • Supervision: Oversee and coordinate the activities of team members to enhance productivity.
Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of a college, CEGEP, or equivalent non-university certificate or diploma from a program lasting 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: Willingness to train new staff members.
  • Employment Type: Permanent position.
  • Language Requirement: Proficiency in English.
  • Work Hours: 32 to 44 hours per week.
