Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts to ensure comprehensive test coverage of our software.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, product, and QA, to identify and prioritize testing needs and ensure that testing is integrated into the development process.
- Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure that our software meets the required quality standards.
- Identify and report defects and work with development teams to resolve issues and implement fixes.
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to ensure that code meets quality and security standards.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies and recommend new testing approaches and tools to improve our testing capabilities.
- 5+ years of experience in software development and testing, with a strong background in test automation.
- Strong experience with backend functional testing using frameworks such as RestAssured, JUnit, or Pytest.
- Experience with performance testing using tools such as JMeter, Locust, or K6.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts and design patterns.
- Experience with databases and querying languages such as SQL or MySQL.
- Prior experience with Agile development methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Enthusiasm for learning and staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
- A competitive salary range of $95,000 - $130,000 per year.
