We Are Seeking:

We are looking for a Vehicle Assessment Specialist with a background in customer service and technology application. You will join a vibrant Sales Coordination team dedicated to assisting clients on our online auction platform. Your responsibilities will include gathering vehicle data, initiating profiles, providing training, and nurturing client relationships. This role offers the chance to apply your customer service expertise, technological skills, and meticulous attention to detail.

You Are:

  • Detail-oriented. You will ensure precise capture and presentation of vehicle data.
  • Tech-savvy. You will effectively utilize our mobile application and web-based tools.
  • An excellent communicator. You will engage with clients, sales representatives, and customers in a professional manner.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Visit dealerships to document vehicle inventory and evaluate their condition.
  • Create new vehicle profiles on our mobile application for dealers.
  • Provide training and troubleshoot technical issues for clients.
  • Maintain and enhance relationships with existing and potential clients.

Required Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively.
  • Familiarity with web and mobile technologies.
  • Strong attention to detail and communication abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in wholesale vehicle evaluations.
  • Previous experience in sales or at a dealership.
  • Knowledge of the automotive sector.
