Job Title: Chief Operations Officer - Trade, Broadcasting and Other Services

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Operations Officer to join our team at The Mummy Real store. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our trade, broadcasting, and other services departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
  • Operational Management: Oversee the management of resources, including human resources, financial resources, and material resources.
  • Leadership: Lead and manage a team of 3-4 people, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
  • Communication: Represent the organization in negotiations and other official functions, and delegate representatives as needed.
  • Financial Management: Establish financial and administrative controls, and formulate and approve promotional campaigns.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in operations management.
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, flexibility, and organizational skills.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Access, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word.
Work Environment:

Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Personal Suitability:

Excellent oral and written communication skills, flexibility, and organizational skills.

Language:

English.

Work Schedule:

37.5 to 44 hours per week.
