About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team at Compagnie d'embouteillage Coca-Cola Canada Limitée. As a Merchandiser, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our products are properly stocked and displayed in retail stores across the Greater Montreal area.
Key Responsibilities
- Restock and replenish products in store displays, shelves, and refrigerators, using manual or motorized equipment (pallet jack, hand truck, etc.)
- Build, modify, or remove product displays while adhering to company standards, maintaining product signage, cleaning the product area, and safely disposing of damaged or defective products
- Adhere to all policies of Coke Canada and retail stores regarding backstock, merchandising, restocking, equipment, and safety
- Manage the backstock area by organizing products, tracking inventory levels, evaluating and handling damaged products, reboxing products, organizing backstock equipment (pallets, product cases, etc.), and completing all required documentation
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company safety and hygiene standards
- Develop professional relationships with colleagues and customers
Requirements
- Must be 17 years old
- At least one year of experience in retail, sales, inventory, or a related field
- Experience working with manual or motorized pallet jacks preferred
- At least one year of experience working with minimal supervision, preferably
- Have a personal vehicle for use during work hours
- Hold a valid vehicle liability insurance
- Hold a valid driver's license with a clean driving record for the past three years
