About the Role

Sales Representative

We are a marketing agency specializing in working with dental practices, offering services such as Website Design, Google Ads, Facebook Management, and more. Our goal is to help clients attract high-quality patients through tailored marketing campaigns.

Your role will involve building strong relationships with clients and understanding their marketing needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads and engage with potential clients
  • Promote our marketing services to dental practices
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices and promotional trends
  • Continuously improve through feedback

Requirements

Qualifications, Requirements, and Skills

· Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field

· Proven work experience as a sales representative

· Excellent interpersonal and selling skills

· Ability to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

· Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively across all organizational levels

· Skilled in both oral and written communication

· Results-oriented mindset with robust analytical skills

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

· Strong ability to balance persuasion with professionalism

· Knowledge of the dental industry or healthcare marketing (preferred)

· Willingness and ability to travel approximately 20% of the time

· Public speaking is a plus

Benefits

Job Details

· Job Type: Permanent, Full-time

· Salary: $60,000–$70,000 a year

· Hours: 40 per week

· Schedule: Monday to Friday

· Location: Mississauga (Onsite)

· Commission on sales up to 50% + recurring revenue up to 2.5%
