Job Title: Truck Dispatcher

GURU SEWA TRUCKING LTD is seeking a skilled Truck Dispatcher to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating the activities of vehicle operators and crews, ensuring timely and efficient transportation of goods.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate work records and logs, including mileage, fuel use, and repairs.
  • Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders, taking into account traffic and other problems.
  • Coordinate activities of vehicle operators, crews, and equipment to ensure seamless transportation operations.
  • Process and transmit information and instructions to vehicle operators and crews using dispatching equipment.
  • Respond to urgent calls from individuals in life-threatening situations and provide assistance as needed.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliability and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in transportation or logistics.
  • Knowledge of cross-border dispatching regulations and practices.
