Position Overview:

As a key member of Starlight Investments, the Senior Analyst in Global Markets will play a crucial role in our capital raising and business development initiatives. Reporting directly to the President of Global Markets, you will collaborate with a high-performing team focused on delivering results. This role uniquely combines elements of strategy, mergers and acquisitions, financial analysis, and investor relations.


Strategic Development:

Utilize your strategic acumen to design and execute growth initiatives, positioning Starlight as a leader in the global residential commercial real estate market.


Market Intelligence:

Work alongside Starlight's executive team to aggregate market intelligence, providing actionable insights into investment strategies. Conduct thorough analyses of global markets, emphasizing trends, capital flows, and prevailing market conditions. Lead capital raising initiatives by managing deal structuring, creating compelling marketing materials, and developing insightful industry reports.


Financial Analysis:

Develop advanced financial models and conduct comprehensive analyses to support both new and existing investment vehicles, ensuring informed investment decisions. Produce detailed quarterly reports on investment performance, including in-depth performance analysis and updates on operational and managerial developments.


Industry Networking:

Cultivate and maintain a robust network of industry professionals, leveraging connections within the firm and the broader industry to drive business growth and opportunities.


Qualifications:
  • A solid understanding of Starlight's business and objectives.
  • An undergraduate degree with strong academic performance in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in investment banking, equity research, management consulting, private equity, or real estate.
  • Proficient understanding of private equity, mergers and acquisitions, and real estate investments is preferred.
  • Exceptional quantitative and qualitative analytical skills with the ability to synthesize large volumes of data and effectively communicate key findings.
