Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team at K3 Wholesale Supplies as a Warehouse Worker. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials within our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Education and Training: A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required. We are committed to providing ongoing training and development opportunities to help you grow in your role.
  • Work Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a warehouse or related environment is preferred. We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic and ability to learn quickly.
  • Tasks and Responsibilities:
    • Material Handling: Load, unload, and move products and materials by hand or with basic material handling equipment, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
    • Order Fulfillment: Ship orders in a timely and accurate manner, meeting customer expectations and company standards.
    • Inventory Management: Weigh materials and goods, and make labels and attach them to goods, ensuring accurate inventory records and minimizing errors.
    • Packing and Unpacking: Pack and unpack goods, ensuring they are properly secured and ready for shipment or storage.
    • Inventory Organization: Sort, crate, and stack goods, maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.
    • Inventory Control: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate records and minimizing stock discrepancies.
  • Work Term and Hours: This is a permanent position, working 30 hours per week. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for career growth and development.
  • Language and Communication: English is the primary language used in the workplace, and we are looking for someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
