Pharmacy Manager

Shoppers Drug Mart / Pharmaprix is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to join our team. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operations of the pharmacy, including providing consultation to customers and healthcare providers, dispensing medication, and maintaining the dispensary.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the pharmacy team and ensure that all staff members are trained and equipped to provide excellent customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Monitor and control inventory levels, including ordering and receiving stock.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including those related to medication dispensing and patient confidentiality.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the pharmacy.
- Pharmacy degree or diploma from an accredited institution.
- Current registration with the relevant pharmacy regulatory body.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a pharmacy management role.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
