Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Master Smoke Shop. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our vape shop, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise Staff: Lead and motivate a team of sales staff, including apprentices, stages hands, and design team members.
- Assign Sales Workers: Effectively allocate tasks and duties to ensure seamless customer service and efficient store operations.
- Authorize Payments: Process payments by cheque, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Order Merchandise: Source and procure high-quality products to meet customer demands and drive sales growth.
- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing and optimal store performance.
- Sell Merchandise: Provide exceptional customer service, promoting products and driving sales through effective sales techniques.
- Prepare Reports: Analyze sales data, merchandising trends, and personnel matters to inform business decisions and drive growth.
- Resolve Issues: Address customer complaints, supply shortages, and other challenges that may arise, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Organize Inventory: Maintain accurate inventory levels, ensuring stock is up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Oversee Payroll Administration: Manage payroll processes, ensuring timely and accurate payment to staff.
- Supervise Office and Volunteer Staff: Lead and support office and volunteer staff, ensuring seamless store operations.
- Supervision: 1-2 people
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 30-40 hours per week
