About the Role

CNA Energy Inc. is seeking a skilled Flooring Installation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful installation of flooring solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and Prepare Surfaces: Inspect surfaces to be covered and prepare them for installation, including measuring and marking surfaces, and removing existing floor coverings and contaminants.
  • Install Flooring Solutions: Measure, cut, and install carpeting, resilient floor coverings, and hardwood floors, ensuring a high-quality finish and meeting client specifications.
  • Conduct Quality Control: Conduct moisture, pH, temperature, and other tests prior to flooring installations to ensure the integrity of the flooring solution.
  • Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless project execution and meet client expectations.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in flooring installation, or equivalent experience.
  • Work Environment: Work in a variety of settings, including commercial and residential locations, and be able to work in dusty environments.
  • Physical Demands: Be physically demanding, requiring bending, crouching, and kneeling.
