Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage staff including apprentices and design teams.
- Delegate tasks to sales personnel effectively.
- Recruit, train, and develop team members.
- Authorize merchandise returns as necessary.
- Create and manage employee work schedules.
- Engage in the sale of products to customers.
- Compile reports regarding sales performance, inventory management, and personnel issues.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and supply chain challenges.
- Maintain and organize inventory levels.
- Coordinate and supervise the activities of team members.
- Handle cash management duties.
Supervision: Responsible for supervising a team of 5 to 10 individuals.
Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods is essential.
