About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at Prestige Auto Sales & Repairs Ltd. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading our sales team and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and motivate sales staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Prepare and analyze sales reports to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Coordinate sales promotions and events to drive sales and increase customer engagement
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to sales staff
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in sales or a related field
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Reliability and a strong work ethic
