We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Technician to join our team at Trusted Accounting & Tax Services Inc.
Key Responsibilities:- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledgers.
- Accounting Tasks: Perform various accounting tasks, such as calculating fixed assets and depreciation, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial statements.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word, with experience in using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
- Education and Experience: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks.
Language: English is the primary language of communication in this role.
Work Schedule: 35 hours per week.
