Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Recruit, hire, and supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service and a positive store environment.
- Merchandise and Services: Determine the products and services to be sold, implement pricing and credit policies, and locate and procure merchandise for resale.
- Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.
- Operations and Finance: Plan budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and determine staffing requirements to ensure efficient store operations.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues, and provide excellent customer service to maintain a positive store reputation.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail or management role.
- Green Job: This role involves duties and responsibilities that lead to positive environmental outcomes.
- Working Conditions: 35 to 40 hours per week, permanent position.
- Language: English.
