Position Overview:


In your role as a Speech Language Pathologist, you will deliver clinical services independently and as part of a cooperative team.

Your responsibilities will encompass prevention, health promotion, identification, assessment, intervention, and case management.

You will actively participate in the planning, coordination, and delivery of rehabilitation services in partnership with patients, families, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders.

Your leadership and interpersonal abilities will be essential in supervising students and providing clinical mentorship to colleagues as necessary.

Your clinical knowledge will contribute to ongoing quality enhancement, service integration, and program development initiatives.

FTE: 0.80

Employee Class: Regular Part Time

Hours per Shift: 7.75

Shift Pattern: Days

Days Off: Saturday/Sunday

Minimum Salary: $43.38

Maximum Salary: $57.63

Vehicle Requirement: Driver's License, Vehicle Required

Required Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Active or eligible registration and practice permit with the Alberta College of Speech Language Pathologists and Audiologists (ACSLPA).

Additional Required Qualifications:
Current Basic Cardiac Life Support – Health Care Provider (BCLS-HCP). Possession of a reliable vehicle for business use and work-related travel.

Preferred Qualifications:
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in pediatric rehabilitation and those who have worked with Therapy Assistants.
