Main Responsibilities:- Perform food analyses and prepare samples for testing.
- Ensure accuracy of results and maintain accurate data entry.
- Identify and address routine and non-routine problems, consulting with supervisors as needed.
- Meet quality and turnaround time specifications required by clients.
- Employ proper laboratory techniques to minimize risk of contamination and mislabelling.
- Work within established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) protocols.
- Adhere to all safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Minimum Chemical Technician Diploma.
- Two years' experience in Food Testing.
- Ability to communicate effectively and maintain a positive attitude.
- Dynamic and motivated individual with a strong work ethic.
