Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Wireless Store Manager to support and elevate our team of Mobilists. As a Wireless Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of Wireless Sales Representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives. You will actively participate in engaging customers in sales activities, provide ongoing training and coaching to improve their skills and product knowledge, and develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of Wireless Sales Representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives
  • Actively participate in engaging customers in sales activities
  • Provide ongoing training and coaching to improve Wireless Sales Representatives' skills and product knowledge
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of Wireless Sales Representatives, providing feedback and implementing performance improvement plans as needed
  • Ensure the highest level of service is provided to all customers, resolving escalations and maintaining customer satisfaction
  • Oversee inventory levels and implement a strategy to minimize shrinkage and inventory turnover
  • Manage product placement, signage, and displays to maximize sales and enhance the customer shopping experience
  • Adhere to store-level budgets by effectively managing expenses, labor costs, and financial performance
