We are seeking a highly skilled Certification Specialist for Small Electronics to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest level of product quality throughout the manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough inspections of small electronic components and final products to assess their adherence to quality standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements.

  • Execute rigorous testing protocols on small electronics to evaluate functionality, performance, and reliability, utilizing various testing equipment and software tools.

  • Identify, document, and communicate defects, inconsistencies, or anomalies discovered during inspections and testing, promptly escalating critical issues to the appropriate teams.

  • Collaborate with the production team to identify opportunities for process improvement, suggesting corrective actions, and implementing preventive measures to enhance overall product quality and efficiency.

  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of inspection results, test reports, and quality-related documentation, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

  • Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures, ensuring they align with industry best practices and are consistently followed.

  • Regularly calibrate and maintain testing equipment to ensure accurate and reliable results.

  • Stay informed about industry standards, regulations, and emerging technologies, ensuring our products remain compliant and up-to-date.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, engineering, and production, to foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree in electronics/electrical engineering or equivalent experience in a related field.

  • Proven experience in quality assurance, preferably in the electronics or manufacturing industry.

  • Familiarity with small electronics components and their functionality.

  • Basic understanding of testing methodologies, equipment, and software used in QA processes.

  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents and specifications.

  • Excellent communication skills to effectively report findings and work collaboratively within a team.

  • Knowledge of ISO standards and quality management systems is beneficial.

  • Adherence to safety protocols and attention to detail to prevent product defects.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

  • Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
