Able Construction is seeking a skilled Construction Form Worker to join our team. As a key member of our residential construction team, you will be responsible for erecting and dismantling concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades. You will also be involved in loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials, as well as mixing, pouring, and spreading materials such as concrete and asphalt.

Key Responsibilities
  • Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt
  • Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction
  • Direct traffic at or near construction sites
Requirements
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in the field
  • Valid driver's license and own transportation
  • Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate and Fall Arrest Protection Training Course
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Manual dexterity and ability to handle heavy loads
