Are you passionate about meats and eager to join a dynamic team? Pasquier Market is seeking a skilled Boucher de Production to join our Meat Department.

This permanent full-time position (40 hours/week) offers flexibility in scheduling, including days, evenings, and weekends. Alternatively, it can be a part-time position (hours to be determined based on candidate availability). We welcome retirees.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Cut, slice, pierce, and produce various types of meats
  • Marinate meats
  • Store merchandise in the refrigerator
  • Collaborate in the development of new products
  • Adhere to government food safety and health and safety regulations
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace and equipment

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Meat Cutting or related field
  • Relevant experience as a butcher
  • Training or certification in food safety and hygiene (an asset)
  • Familiarity with various meat cuts
