Position Overview

The Senior Backend Developer will take charge of designing, developing, and maintaining web applications utilizing programming languages such as C# or Java, while ensuring high code quality and timely project completion in a collaborative environment.

Daily Responsibilities

  • Designing, developing, and maintaining web applications using contemporary technologies like Java/C#, Spring Boot, and React.
  • Implementing user interface features with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.
  • Creating and managing microservices.
  • Conducting various testing types to ensure code quality.
  • Enhancing performance, security, and scalability of projects.
  • Contributing to a component library for a robust framework.
  • Translating business needs into technical solutions.
  • Leading a development team, performing code reviews, and mentoring junior developers.
  • Collaborating with team leads, project managers, and stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in backend development.
  • Proficiency in backend programming and React integration.
  • Familiarity with tools and technologies such as Maven, Git, PostGres, among others.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms and microservices architecture.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
