Job Title: Receptionist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at Nolan Hill Gates Physiotherapy and Massage Clinic.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors
  • Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling correspondence
  • Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital
  • Coordinate appointments and schedules for therapists and staff members
  • Process payments and handle cash transactions
  • Perform various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
  • Assist with special projects and events as needed
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
  • Availability to work 35 hours per week
