About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Landscaping Supervisor to join our team at XYZ Contractor. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and maintenance of our landscaping projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Execution
    • Develop and implement comprehensive landscaping plans to meet client requirements
    • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient project delivery
  • Team Management
    • Supervise and train a team of landscapers to ensure high-quality workmanship
    • Monitor and manage staff performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching as needed
  • Quality Control and Assurance
    • Conduct regular site visits to ensure projects are completed to the highest standards
    • Identify and address any quality control issues promptly
  • Client Communication
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met
    • Provide regular project updates and communicate any changes or issues
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Manage project budgets and schedules
    • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in landscaping or a related field
    • Proven track record of successfully managing teams and projects
  • Skills
    • Strong leadership and communication skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
