We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Leader to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our software development team and driving the strategic direction of our technology initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the design and implementation of software solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and are scalable for future growth.
- Develop and maintain technical standards and best practices, ensuring consistency across the team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, helping them to develop their skills and advance in their careers.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development and leadership roles.
- Strong technical skills, with expertise in.NET framework, C#, microservices, APIs, and cloud platforms.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions on time and within budget.
