We are seeking a dedicated and reliable individual to join our team as an Equipment Operator & Delivery Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for the efficient operation and maintenance of our equipment fleet, ensuring its readiness for various construction projects.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Equipment Expertise: You'll demonstrate proficiency in operating a range of tools and equipment, including jack hammers, drills, pumps, compressors, and power tools. Your knowledge will ensure safe and effective utilization of these resources.
  • Inventory Management: You'll play a key role in maintaining our organized warehouse and yard. This includes picking orders based on tool requests, loading and unloading equipment, and conducting thorough inspections to guarantee its optimal condition.
  • Delivery Specialist: You'll be responsible for safely transporting tools, materials, and small equipment to Chandos Construction job sites. Your driving skills and attention to detail will ensure timely and efficient deliveries.
  • Safety First: You'll prioritize workplace safety by adhering to established procedures and promoting a safe working environment for yourself and others. This includes proper lifting techniques and handling of heavy objects.
Your Qualifications:
  • A valid Class 5 Driver's License with a clean driving record is essential.
  • Experience operating larger vehicles and securing loads is highly advantageous.
  • You possess a strong understanding of safe operation practices for both hand and power tools.
  • Familiarity with city driving conditions is required.
  • You are able to operate trucks and equipment responsibly and safely.
