About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Services Manager to join our team at Christian Camp and Conference Association. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for ensuring that every guest who visits our camp has an exceptional experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish strong relationships with group leaders and understand their needs to deliver exceptional service.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Work closely with other department managers to ensure seamless execution of events and programs.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase guest retention and loyalty.
- Contribute to the development of marketing and sales efforts to achieve occupancy goals.
Requirements:
- Strong relationship with Jesus, demonstrated by love for God and others.
- Warm and welcoming personality with excellent communication skills.
- Service-minded with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
