Job Summary:We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care to our residents. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the care of our residents, including medication administration, wound care, and other medical procedures.
Responsibilities:- Perform assessments and develop individualized care plans for residents
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Provide wound care and other medical procedures as needed
- Monitor and report changes in resident condition to physicians and other healthcare professionals
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Current practicing registration with the British Columbia College of Nursing Professionals
- Graduate of recognized school of nursing
- Current CPR and First Aid certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
