Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Plumbing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our plumbing and duct cleaning department, you will be responsible for delivering superior customer service and completing diagnostics and repair work to company standards.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Complete diagnostics and repair work on plumbing systems, including water heaters, in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensure all tools and equipment are in good working order and maintain a clean and organized vehicle.
  • Respond to plumbing calls, including customers under the plumbing and drains protection plan and those requiring service on a chargeable basis.
  • Perform daily workload, including service requests on electric water heaters, in a professional and customer-focused manner.
  • Work safely at all times and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving abstract.
  • Certified licensed plumber in the province of Ontario.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work shifts and physically perform heavy lifting.
  • Good mechanical aptitude and ability to operate necessary tools and equipment.
  • Results-oriented and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrated commitment to customer-focused service.
